Egypt holds parliament runoffs amid fraud claims

Egyptians are voting in parliamentary runoff elections a week after the Egyptian President Mubarak's ruling party scored a sweeping victory in a first round of balloting that the opposition says was tainted with fraud
The country's two main opposition groups — the fundamentalist Muslim Brotherhood and the liberal Wafd party  are boycotting Sunday's runoffs to protest the alleged fraud.

The Brotherhood controlled a fifth of the outgoing parliament but failed to win a single seat in the first round on Nov. 28. The small Wafd party won two seats last week.

Sunday's voting will decide the fate of more than 50 percent of the next parliament's seats.

Of parliament's 518 seats, 508 are contested. Mubarak appoints 10 lawmakers
